1. What is YNF’s Shipping Policy?

We work diligently to deliver our products on time, of the right quality and with a lot of care. If you choose to buy our products, shipping will be completely FREE and borne by YNF.

2. How do I check the status of my order?

Please tap on “My Orders” section under the main menu of our site to check your order status.

3. How are orders placed on YNF website delivered to me?

All orders placed on YNF are dispatched through our tie-ups with courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery Etc.

4. I have received a partial item/partial order or an Untenanted/Void packet?

Kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers:
a. Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.
b. You may be required to information’s like, a short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)
c. The snapshots of the packet and other boxes (If any) (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the Users
d. The refund for prepaid/Cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation

5. What if my product is damaged?

In case the product received is damaged, kindly drop a message with an image to our concerned team.

1. What is YNF’s Return and Exchange Policy? How does it work?

YNF does not give you an option to return or exchange items purchased on the site in order to ensure that no user is returning products after using the product and in order to preserve the original condition of our sarees. We are happy to help you make an informed decision prior to purchase, but we would not be accepting returns.
